We met up with friends we hadn't seen for a long time, at the Courtyard, last week. One of our friends needed to have very soft food, due to various recent surgeries and treatment. Just wanted to take the time to give a massive shoutout for the staff who (as I'd hoped, having read previous reviews) really took the the time to listen to what our friend needed, and to give him (and us) the best possible experience, in a kind, practical, and non-patronising way. All this was despite the fact that, as it emerged, they were short-staffed that day.

What a great find in the town centre, we both had coffee and Welsh Rarebit it was absolutely lovely. Fresh ingredients and of a high quality will definitely be calling in again next time we are in Knutsford
